We are seeking 3 aggressive, focused, self-motivated, SELF-STARTERS, who are not afraid of a challenge and who appreciates to be generously rewarded for their hard work.

You must possess a strong desire to be part of the fast growing and recession resistant fitness & weight loss industry. Recent industry polls show that the #1 thing most people are not willing to give up in these tough economic times is the money they spend on their fitness programs because they say their health and the stress relief exercise provides is too important to them.

You will be marketing and selling seats to our new ’Get-In-Shape Seminars’ to individual consumers to use as part of their healthy lifestyle plan. The right candidate for this position should truly believe in health and wellness and be able to talk about it passionately. Your primary marketing efforts will be to work with local businesses in an effort to get them to support you and allow you to promote the seminar internally to their employees.

You will also have the ability to sell a prerecorded seminar on CD-Rom for those who can’t attend the live seminar.

A certified fitness background is not a requirement but you should be able to explain to people the basics of why they need to learn about exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle strategies.

Currently 66% of the U.S. is overweight or clinically obese and the #1 killer of men and women is Heart Disease so your target audience is just about unlimited.

Just to be clear, you will not be hosting the seminar, you will only be selling seats to it.

Work experience:
• Business to business and business to consumer sales experience
• Prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation experience
• Social networking and public speaking skills helpful

Required duties:
1. Contact local companies, explain our service, ask permission to market it to their employees
2. Go onsite, present to employees, (Offer over $3,400 in FREE bonuses), answer questions
3. Follow up with interested prospects and sign them up for an upcoming seminar
4. Collect opt-in email addresses of non attendees for ongoing monthly marketing

Event information:
• Number of events – 1-2 per month
• Content – exercise, nutrition, & healthy lifestyle strategies
• Length of event – 1-day live seminar
• Cost of event – $2,500 per person – CD-Rom $1,250 per person
• Event location – Minneapolis – Los Angeles
• Current sales goals – 10-attendees minimum 30-at capacity

Income potential:
• Commission only
• $120,000 first year is realistic
• Unlimited income potential for the right high performing candidate
• You will be an independent contractor at first, work from home, and be responsible for your own expenses. Possible future employee status.
